CrownCoat MER 320 CrownShield® Standard Epoxy Pigmented Mechanical Equipment Reinforced Room Flooring System. It is Comprised of an Epoxy Primer, 1st Semi-Rigid Epoxy Membrane, Scrim or Fiber Glass Reinforcement, and 2nd Semi-Rigid Membrane Pigmented Epoxy Coating, Epoxy Top Coat, placed at a Nominal 65 Mils (1.65 mm).

  3. Embed Scrim Cloth 1.6 oz. per yd. or Fiber Glass Matt 1.5 oz. yd. Reinforcement Cloth in Step 2
  4. 8502 CrownFlex Pigmented 80 sq. ft. (7.4 sq. m.) 20 mils (0.51 mm)
  5. Grout Coat320 CrownShield® Pigmented place at 160 sq. ft. (14.9 sq. m.) 10 mils (0.25 mm)
  6. Top Coat320 CrownShield® Pigmented 160 sq. ft. (14.9 sq. m.) 10 mils (0.25 mm)

CrownCoat 320 CrownShield® Standard Epoxy Pigmented Mechanical Equipment Flooring System. The system is placed at a nominal 65 mils (1.65 mm). It is comprised of a primer, 1st semi-rigid epoxy membrane optional dimensional scrim or fiber glass, 2nd semi-rigid epoxy membrane, and top coat, with or without an optional sprinkling of skid resistant aluminum oxide aggregate. It can be applied directly over Crown Polymers 8303 CrownShield® moisture mitigation primer when it is required. It is available with an optional integral cove base binder and natural quartz aggregate. It is also available with an optional fluid proofing and crack suppression membrane. It is VOC Compliant in all states and provinces in North America.
