CrownBroadcast™ 8320 CrownShield® Chemical Resistant BisF/BisAEpoxy Pigmented Double BroadcastNatural Quartz System.It is Comprised of an Epoxy Primer, Two Epoxy Receiving Coat and Natural Quartz Aggregate, Epoxy Grout Coat, and Epoxy Top Coat that is placed at a Nominal 125 Mils (3.18 mm), 1/8 Inch.

  1. Concrete Substrate Profile – ICRI Concrete Surface Profile CSP 2 to CSP 4
  2. Primer – 8320 CrownShield® Clear 200 sq. ft. (18.6 sq. m.) 8 mils (0.2 mm)
  3. Receiving Coat and Broadcast Natural Quartz – 8320 CrownShield® Pigmented 100 sq. ft. (9.3 sq. m.) per gal (3.79 lt.) 16 mils (0.41mm) and Broadcast Natural Quartz at 0.8 lb. per sq. ft. (0.36 kg.)
  4. Receiving Coat and Broadcast Natural Quartz – 8320 CrownShield® Pigmented 100 sq. ft. (9.3 sq. m.) per gal (3.79 lt.) 16 mils (0.41mm) and Broadcast Natural Quartz at 0.8 lb. per sq. ft. (0.36 kg.)
  5. Grout/Lock Coat - 8320 CrownShield® Pigmented 120 sq. ft. (11.1 sq. m.) 13 mils (0.33 mm) 6. Top Coat – 8320 CrownShield® Pigmented 160 sq. ft. (14.9 sq. m.) 10 mils (0.25 mm)

CrownBroadcast™ 8320 CrownShield® Chemical Resistant BisF/BisAEpoxy Pigmented Double BroadcastNatural Quartz System, with optional integral cove base.The system is placed at a nominal 125 mils (3.18 mm). It is comprised of a primer, 1st epoxy and natural quartz, 2nd epoxy and natural quartz, grout coat and top coat body coat.It is a chemical resistant BisF/BisA broadcast system. It can be applied directly over Crown Polymers moisture mitigation primer when it is required. It is available with an optional integral cove base binder and color quartz aggregate. It is also available with an optional fluid proofing and crack suppression membrane. It is VOC Compliant in all states and provinces in North America.
