CrownESD Conductive

The ESD Conductive System meets ANSI/ESD 2020 and ANSI/ESD STM7.1 standards, applied at a nominal 34 mils and electrically active within the 25,000 to 1,000,000 ohms (2.5 x 10⁴ to 1 x 10⁶ ohms/sq) conductive range per ANSI/ESD STM 7.1 testing. It’s VOC compliant across all North American states and provinces, with an optional fluid-proofing and crack-suppression membrane available.

Benefits

  • Conforms to ANSI S20.20-2014 when tested in accordance with ANSI STM 97.1.
  • Body voltage generation under 15V with ESD compliant footwear.
  • Consistent resistance measurements are observed when testing in accordance with standard methods.
  • Maintains electrical conductivity throughout the entire thickness of the system.
  • Does not depend on relative humidity for conductive properties.
  • Tough, smooth, non-porous surface is easy to clean and maintain.
  • Good abrasion resistance.
