Crown Polymers slurry systems cover the self-leveling CrownCrete-U 818 cementitious urethane floors and the CrownMosaic decorative epoxy floor, installed from 1/8″ to 1/4″ (125–250 mils). CrownCrete-U 818 systems are three-component cementitious urethane slurries, available in a solid color finish, a double broadcast colored quartz build and a decorative vinyl flake build. They resist abrasion, impact and chemical attack, perform from -40°F up to 248°F, and meet the requirements of USDA for use in food plants. CrownMosaic is a resin-rich, aggregate-filled decorative trowel mosaic epoxy system with slight or heavy orange peel finishes, an optional integral cove base, and crack-bridging and waterproofing membrane options. Slurry systems are specified in food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, laboratory, health care and education facilities.
