CrownCoat HBS

CrownCoat HBS is a solid color, textured, resin rich, aggregate-filled, seamless, epoxy floor coating. A durable aggregate is broadcast and sealed into the surface to increase the coating’s performance against aggressive wear. This general service epoxy coating demonstrates excellent chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance. The color palette and texture may be customized to meet requirements. CrownCoat HBS may only be used by experienced professionals. CrownCoat HBS is typically installed @ 16-60 mils.

2. Base Coat
   

   8320 CrownShield™ Pigmented Epoxy

3. Build Coat
   

   8320 CrownShield™ Pigmented Epoxy

4. Broadcast
   

   30 Grit Sand or Natural Quartz Broadcast

5. Topcoat
   

   8320 CrownShield™ Clear Epoxy
